I was married in April 2004 to someone I really thought was a homely individual, who respected the basics of family values, whos parents and surrounding family understood the basic islamic and family values. I was wrong, I have never come across a family who are arrogant, who practice islam based on their own ideas of islam, who as a family are contolling and a wife who was never ever a wife, a mother in law and father in law who I hope god punishers them for destroying a marriage.

really sad to hear of your story... praying your life and daughter to be better in the coming days ahead. It may sound like you have a dreadful situation, but believe me things can get worse and what you have right now, you and your daughter in good health is better than anything else. pay close attention to her and protect her in every way and hopefully in time nothing will separate you from her. I also recommend moving away (out of country) and find a life/job somewhere far, there are agencies that can provide new identities/job.. anyway I dont want to put too many ideas in your head. Just be happy you have a healthy daughter with you. For me, that's life!
