Well Hopefully i am planning to visit Aqaba (Jordan) at the end of this month. Does anyone know anygood travel agents in Bahrain. I have called a couple already but i wondered if anyone had a name of a good one they have used previously. Is it worth for me to go through a travel agent? or would it be cheaper if i booked the flights and accommodation directly myself? (also if anyone knows any good hotels or apartments in Aqaba it would be very help!

It will be cheaper for you if you go through a travel agent. i will list a few good agents later in the evening , il check on the hotels too, i know a few people who went there, il let you know as soon as i can

Thanks for that, Ime gonna be visiting people over the there, so accomodation wise ime not looking for anything special. I was thinking about looking into these service apartments as i will not be needing the faciliites of a hotel.

I would advice u to do it all through a travel agency.. call up Transworld Travel Agency and ask for Habib. Their services are execellent. Last year, I visited Australia and the hotel tried to screw us with the booking upon arrival. We called them up and they promptly arranged for other accomodations!

I would love to visit Sharm Al Sheikh, but ime visiting some friends in Aqaba. But Egypt definatly next on the list of places to go

hey michelle, am so sorry i couldnt get you the info. i got caught up with last minute stuff as am traveling lol. Departure is at 6:15am(in 5hours ). anyway , these are a a couple names of travel agents from the top of my head : Al mannai, galaxies (or galaxy not sure).

i hope there will be internet where im staying so that i stay in touch. good luck with those travel agencies
