Any luck with lightspeed Broadband. Still waiting for my connection to up and running

Ok , any one here have working lightspeed connection. Or sign up but still not connected.

I sign up with them 2 weeks a go and still my connection is down, although I received my username and password one week ago … I emailed/called them everyday for the last 10 days now. With no luck, I am really frustrated . They always tell me it’s a Fashelco issue and it will be resolved soon.

I am not sure but I think its PPPoA/PPPoE issue.

I am in a similar situation as yours. Config is setup as I was told, just the same as yours. The ADSL link shows that it is up, meaning that there is no problem with my line. It's just that the router isn't able to connect to the internet using the settings provided. I hope they fix the issue, its a really bad start for lightspeed. Even if it was Batelco's fault, it will still end up crippling Lightspeed's image to the public.

Damn i thought they got things sorted out already! and yeah as abdulla said, its really a bad start . lets hope they fix this soon, atleast for their sake

it's working now , i am posting using lightspeed.
