Yeah it so quite, my guess is that everyone after the long summer is back to their jobs or schools again. might need time to settle down and having everything sorted out. also with Ramadan now, everyone is outdoors at night am sure with the sheesha coffee shops around . Well Eid is mostly the same every year, no trips just busy first day with family visits. And no, no parties take place haahhah i find it hard to imagine people dancing to ATB tracks wearing the traditional thob lol.
