You can ship it to Bahrain using Aramex shop&ship service. If you don't know about shop&ship, basically its a service where they give you a PO box in the US/UK, and whenever you need to ship stuff from the US/UK, you give them that particular address. A couple years back, they charged me about 13BD to open up an account with them. They charge by the weight of the package shipped, $8 for the first half kilogram, and $5.5 for each additional half kilogram.
