Is it me or Batelco changed it’s Inet broadband FUP, as I recall the speed was dropping to 64 kbps when the user reach his usage level for all packages ...

Then back in january they change that to 128 kbps for 1 & 2 mbps packages (see Batelco Announces Enhanced Broadband Packages), but now it’s 128 kbps for 256 & 512 packages and 256kbps for the 1 & 2 mbps packages. when this happened?
