Well i guess by turning up the temperature they will consume less power ( just to clear out, turning up the temp = hotter temp, e.g 16 degrees is colder that 20 degrees ), but that is a long shot. maybe if they let the Air Conditioners work 24/7 all year then they will have the difference but, i mean ACs are seasonal, they are turned on when summer approaches and in a few months they are off again. i dont see the point
